Choosing the right size
Order the lower size for a tighter fit or the larger size for a looser fit if your body measurement is on the borderline between two sizes. If your bust and waist measurements yield two distinct suggested sizes, then order the Top as per size based on your bust measurement and legging as per your waist measurements. We sell leggings and tops separate so you can get ideal fit for both top and legging.

Guidelines for Measuring : To help you decide what size to buy, compare your bust, waist, hip, and inseam
Bust: Measurements to our Size Guide. Measure across your bust at its widest point. Its best if the measurement is flat and not too tight.
Waist: Measure your natural waist, which is located between your bottom ribs and hip bones. Breathe deeply, relax your tummy, and wrap the measuring tape around your waist with about a quarter inch of slack for the most accurate measurement.
Hips: Take a measurement of your hips at their widest point. (The widest point on your hip bones is normally one or two inches below, where your butt is at its broadest.)
Inseam: Wear athletic shoes and stand with your feet shoulder width apart. From the top of your inner leg to the bottom of your inner ankle, take a measurement. To get a more precise inseam measurement, repeat the process on the opposite leg and average the two measurements.
Squat Proof
First thing first all our fabric are Squat proof and tested and they designed for the sizes in the size table-Please be considerate, by selecting much lower size to get tighter fit feeling-it will make fabric to stretch a lot, for instance if you size in upper end of Medium (M) [means close to size large (L)] but you bought size S, So you can imagine how much fabric will stretch to fit your body contours which will make it see through, For choosing a squat proof size for your physique, the most significant parameter is your “hip measurement”. There are overlapping measures for each attribute, as you can see in size table. Consider getting one size bigger if your dimensions are on the higher end of the size range.{means if your hip size is 41 inches, then rather buying size small S we recommend you to buy M}. This will put you at the bottom of the scale for the larger size garment. When you put them on, you'll be able to move with more confidence.
Points to consider:
As active wear should be a little joggle to get on because to the compression nature of the fabric, and once on, they should fit like a second skin and not budge, whether you're working out or hanging out. They may feel tight at first (due to the compression aspect of the fabric), but after a few minutes of wear and movement, the fabric virtually "pops." If in doubt, sizing up is a good idea.
SPORT CROP TOP:
As knowing the business and passion about it make us little uncomfortable when infinite number of brands out there calls there “SPORTS CROP TOP” as “sports bra”, by definition that’s totally wrong- A sports crop is a bra with no designated cup size. They are simply sized according to the band. Xsmall, Small, medium, and large, to name a few. Alternatively, 8, 10, 12, 14, and so on. Sports crops have a place in the world. Yes, they can be best for the yoga, Pilates, fitness, dance, cycling, casual parties and active transitional lifestyle motions. It's all about the intensity of the exercise at the end of the day. Sports crop tops are ideal for less strenuous exercises and the amount of support they provide is determined by your cup size. Wearing a sport crop top and going for a high-intensity run in the park would attract a lot of unwelcome attention.
